Attendance is limited. Register in the children's department 30 minutes before the event. A library card is required to register. When registering please use the reader's name even if the library card is under a different name. Reading time slots will be given out during registration. Each reader may have up to 4 guests in the room.

Come to the library and meet Kiwi: a super soft poodle-mix that loves kids, books, and cookies. Kiwi is a licensed therapy dog and knows over 20 commands. Read her a story, and she will be your new best friend! Kids in attendance will receive a special customized tattoo, sticker, or a magnet of Kiwi (while supplies last). This event is for children ages 5-12. Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Registration recommended. Walk-ins are first come, first serve.
