Read to a Therapy Dog
The therapy dogs who visit the libraries love to listen to children read or talk about books. Bring your own book, or choose one of ours. This event is for children ages 5-12 years old with an adult caregiver.

The therapy dogs who visit the libraries love to listen to children read or talk about books. Bring your own book, or choose one of ours. This event is for children ages 5-12 years old with an adult caregiver.
Attendance is limited. Register in the children's department 30 minutes before the event. A library card is required to register. When registering please use the reader's name even if the library card is under a different name. Reading time slots will be given out during registration. Each reader may have up to 4 guests in the room.
Pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, accommodations for persons with disabilities are available upon request. Please allow 1–2 business days to process. Last-minute requests will be accepted, but may not be possible to fulfill. Please ask for Learning Services at 255-2665 or email JPLprograms@coj.net.
