Writing space, prompts, and snacks!

NaNoWriMo is here! Stop by the Mandarin Library for a place to write and a bite to eat! For teens 12-18.

November is National Novel Writing Month. Writers of all ages are invited to challenge themselves to write 50,000 words during November. The writing doesn't need to be perfect, or even good--the goal is to create a rough draft! To support our teen writers, we are providing a writing space each week of November where teens can drop in to together to write, snack, and get ideas on how to hit that 50,000 word goal! If you're stuck, try a prompt or low-stakes challenge to up your word count.

Light refreshments and laptops will be provided, snacks and covered drinks are welcome. For teens ages 12-18.
