Curious about Florida’s largest public library? Have you ever met Mrs. Owl? What in the world is an “analytique”? Hey, why is there a really big bronze owl outside of the building? How big is this place? All of these questions can and will be answered in your tour of the Jacksonville Public Library’s Main Library. Part architectural history, part art history, part library adventure, part connecting you to the Jacksonville community – all informative. The tour will take you through the highlights of our spaces.
Available Monday through Saturday two times per day at 11:00 am and 3:00 pm.

Park in the Library Garage at 33 W. Duval St. and have your parking validated (as available) at the checkout desk on the first floor. Street parking downtown is free on Saturdays.
Registration is strongly recommended and should be completed 2 hours prior to the start time. If you do not have a library card, click HERE to obtain one.
