Visit the Children's Department to give your child an opportunity to practice their reading skills one-on-one with George, a trained Labradoodle Therapy Dog. George loves listening to kids read! Registration at the Children's Reference Desk is first-come, first-served as time allows.

Join us for Baby Storytime! This program is specially designed for infants from birth to 12 months and their adult caregivers. Share songs, rhymes, and stories that promote early literacy while strengthening the bond with your little one. Plus, enjoy playtime—a wonderful opportunity for both babies and caregivers to socialize and connect.

Drop in at South Mandarin Library to play board games featuring new and old favorites! While here, grab a snack and have some fun with friends or make some new ones!

Join us for beginner-friendly party minigames on the Nintendo Switch! We will be playing minigames from Mario Party: Jamboree and/or Mario Kart. Controllers will be provided but feel free to bring your own! This event is best suited for participants aged 7-12 and their families.

Drop by Maxville Library for a special craft for teens and tweens! We'll be creating our own bookmarks with a variety of craft supplies--you can start from scratch or use one of our premade templates. We'll even have the laminator warmed up and ready to laminate your creation! This activity is recommended for kids age 11 and up, but all are welcome.
