This Lit Chat Interview is a 60-minute program consisting of a 40-minute conversation between author Gabrielle Zevin and interviewer Nikesha Elise Williams followed by 20 minutes of audience Q&A. A book signing will follow, with books available for sale on site from Femme Fire Books.
The entrance for this program will be at 303 N. Laura St. Street parking around the Main Library is free on Saturdays, and parking in the Library Garage at 33 W. Duval St. is available for a fee.
Gabrielle Zevin is the internationally bestselling author of several novels, including Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, a New York Times bestseller, Jimmy Fallon Book Club pick, and Amazon's #1 Book of 2022. Her thoughtful, funny events bring audiences into her writing process as she shares her techniques for writing unforgettable characters, how games are integrally linked to story, and the irreplaceable relationships forged in local literary communities. Zevin’s novel The Storied Life of A.J. Fikry was recently adapted into a major motion picture.

Registration is strongly encouraged for this event, and must be completed 24 hours prior to the start time. A library card and PIN are required for registration. If you do not have a card, click HERE to obtain one.
PLEASE NOTE:
1. Doors will open for the program at 1pm.
2. The maximum capacity of this venue is 380. Registered attendees will be seated first come, first serve. Bring your library card (physical or on the JaxLibrary app) for faster check-in.
3. Waitlisted attendees and walk-ins will be seated if seats are available. There may be a short wait as registered customers are seated.
4. All registered seats will be forfeited at 1:55pm and made available to waitlisted and walk-in attendees. Registered attendees arriving after this time will be seated if seats are available.
5. An overflow room will be available for attendees over the 380 limit.
6. A limited number of books will be available for sale on site from Femme Fire Books. Copies are available at Femme Fire Books and can be picked up at the bookstore in advance.
7. The author will sign books after the program.
