For September, we will be reading and discussing Mister Miracle by Tom King. This program is open to adults.
Mister Miracle synopsis:
He is Scott Free, a.k.a. Mister Miracle, the greatest escape artist who ever lived. But can he pull off the ultimate trick -- escape death itself. Scott and his wife Big Barda have made the perfect life for themselves on Earth, but something has gone wrong. With war raging between their homeworlds of Apokolips and New Genesis, Scott's cruel adoptive father, Darkseid, seems to have finally found the Anti-Life Equation -- the weapon that will give him total victory.
