Rough Magic Games presents a 2-hour, hands-on workshop on making monsters and villains to write into your tabletop role-playing game!
In this 2-hour workshop, professional game master Max Romans of Rough Magic Games will share his recipe for making monsters and villains for tabletop role-playing games (TTRPGs) using the Dungeons & Dragons game system.
Participants will learn how to make monsters and leave with one of their own design to use for their next game session or bring to November's Writer's Lab: Crafting Your Short Adventure.
Max Romans is a Salesword and Game Master for Rough Magic. He has over 30 years experience at running games like Dungeons and Dragons. His specialty in storytelling is in impromptu GMing and character creation. He loves bringing his craft to new players and sharing tips and story ideas with other Game Masters. In 2022 he met the team from Rough Magic. Their mission: to help those who want to play tabletop role-playing games, but lack the time to take on the role of a Game Master. He signed up with them and now has the chance to bring his skills and that of the team from Rough Magic to you through this lab.
