Live from the Library

Ready for new and exciting experiences? Willing to be bold and make discoveries through interactive and hands-on activities? Live From The Library is excited to bring you limited capacity programs and performances, especially for children ages 5-12, that will be magical, inspiring, and a whole lot of fun! Be sure to arrive early to secure a spot! Just Add Rhythm - June 16, 2025; Jazz it Up - June 30, 2025; Clark's Critters, LLC - July 14, 2025

Early arrival is highly recommended, as attendance is first-come first-served. Check-in will begin 30 minutes prior to the start of the program. 

June 16 - Just Add Rhythm 

Let's go on a sonic adventure and experience rhythm in a whole new way! We'll focus on the sounds of different drums, shakers, and Boomwhackers, and practice turn taking, sharing, and listening skills. Our programs are completely hands-on and interactive; everyone gets to drum! We use evidence-based concepts to encourage communication and social skills in a way that's fun and high-energy. Let's get drumming!

June 30 - Jazz it Up

This interactive jazz workshop explores varied styles of jazz through fun activities. We'll develop an appreciation of jazz as an art form while developing teamwork and unity through song.

July 14 - Clark's Critters, LLC

Clark’s Critters provides fun and educational reptile shows for all ages! Experience a once in a lifetime chance to meet these unique animals up close and in person!

These programs are intended for youth participants and their families. Large groups or organizations should send program requests to jplyouthservices@coj.net two days prior to the program. All requests may not be accommodated.
