Live from the Library: ScienceSIS: Earth in Action

Meeting RoomGet ready to explore of the powerful forces that constantly reshape Earth’s surface. From erupting volcanoes, to shifting tectonic plates, to the slow but steady work of erosion, kids will discover how our planet is always changing. Through interactive models and hands‑on experiments, participants investigate real cause‑and‑effect relationships and see how natural processes create mountains, valleys, islands, and more. This program encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and a deeper appreciation for Earth’s dynamic nature.
Attendance is limited and is first-come first-served. Please arrive early to check in. Check in starts 30 minutes prior to the start of the program. Late entry will not be permitted after 15 minutes past the program’s start time.
