About the Program: You've written a book... now what? Plotting, Planning, and Publishing is an immersive workshop for writers who have a completed manuscript and are now exploring the wide world of revision. Professional freelance editor and novelist Jessica Hatch will walk attendees through the phases of the editing process and provide advice and best practices on self-revision as well as hiring beta readers and freelance editors. A Q&A session will follow.
About the Presenter: Jessica Hatch is a novelist and editor based in Jacksonville, Florida. Her editing clients have won national awards, gained literary representation, and been selected for best book round-up lists. Her debut and sophomore novels were published by Hachette Book Group's Bookouture imprint, and she is eagerly looking forward to a writing residency at Vermont Studio Center in the fall.
