About the Presenters: Licia Rester is a learning strategist, author, and licensed therapist with nearly four decades of experience helping writers and leaders craft powerful, lasting impact. A former lead faculty and managing director at the University of Santa Monica and now a partner at Indigo River Publishing, Licia combines psychology, neuroscience, and storytelling to equip authors with practical tools to create unforgettable books that truly connect with their readers. 

Georgette Green is Partner and Publisher at Indigo River Publishing. With a background in mental health counseling and a deep commitment to people-first leadership, she brings a thoughtful, steady presence to her work in the publishing industry. Known for her calm leadership style, clear communication, and deep respect for creative work, Georgette is passionate about supporting authors and teams with care, clarity, and professionalism. She believes publishing is ultimately about people and works to ensure every project is approached with purpose and integrity.
