Presented by Madeline Martin New York Times and International Bestselling author of historical fiction and historical romance.

Digging Deeper into Character Connection: Characters are the heart of your story. In this interactive 90-minute workshop, attendees will learn techniques for crafting distinct, layered characters with unique voices that will connect with your readers. Writers will actively work on characters from their own manuscripts or create brand-new ones during class, immediately applying what they’re learning through guided exercises and discussion.
About the Presenter: Madeline Martin is a New York Times and International Bestselling author of historical fiction and historical romance. Her most recent book, The Secret Book Society, was published last August. She is a die-hard history lover who loves to research. She lives here in beautiful Northeast Florida with her family. When she’s not writing, researching, or ‘moming’, you can find her spending time with her family at Disney or eating Nutella while laughing over cat videos.
