Children's DepartmentJohn Patrick Green is a human with the human job of making books about animals with human jobs, notably the smash-hit graphic novel series InvestiGators. John is definitely a multiple New York Times-bestselling human author and not just a bunch of animals in a trench coat pretending to have a human job. With over four million copies of InvestiGators in print, John is a successful human being with only two hands and a normal amount of fur. He lives in a Brooklyn apartment that doesn't allow animals other than the ones living in his head.
About the Program: This Junior Lit Chat Interview is a 30-minute presentation by author John Patrick Green including time for audience Q&A. After the program there will be 30 minutes for a book signing with the author. A limited number of copies of Investigators: Weather or Not will be given away to registered attendees, first come, first served.
A book signing will follow, with books available for sale on site from local book store San Marco Books and More.

Registration is required for this event, and must be completed two hours prior to the start time. A library card and PIN are required for registration. If you do not already have one, you can apply for a library card online.
PLEASE NOTE:
1. Seating for the program will begin at 9:30 am.
2. The maximum capacity of this venue is 75. Registered attendees will be seated first come, first serve. Bring your library card (physical or on the JaxLibrary app) for faster check-in.
3. Waitlisted attendees and walk-ins will be seated if seats are available. There may be a short wait as registered customers are seated.
4. All registered seats will be forfeited at 9:55 am and made available to waitlisted and walk-in attendees. Registered attendees arriving after this time will be seated if seats are available.
5. A limited number of books will be given to school-age kids in attendance, first come, first serve.
