Life Lit are free workshops offered by trained professionals and volunteers that focus on improving your day to day life. These programs cover a wide range of workshops from gardening and lawn maintenance to nutrition. No need to bring anything but yourself to participate!
About: Did you know you can increase the number and type of birds you see around your home or workplace, simply by adding native plants? Come learn about the important role native plants play in attracting and providing food for our feathered friends. Our neighborhood birds need thousands of caterpillars to support their nestlings, and their survival is reliant upon the plants we choose for our yards and outdoor spaces. During this session, we'll discuss steps we can all take to support biodiversity by reducing lawn areas and choosing native plants.
