They then take part in “Rehab or Release?”, a hands‑on activity where they act as biologists, collect data on a model sea turtle, and decide whether it’s ready to return to the ocean or needs rehabilitation. Along the way, they practice real scientific skills and learn about the human impacts affecting sea turtles today. No live turtles are included in this program.
