Registration is now open for students in grades K-12. Visit the Brentwood Branch of the Jacksonville Public Library to sign up for the workshop. Students will learn about famous African American artists, elements of the arts, and create competition bookmarks and book cover illustrations. Art supplies and lunch will be provided. The awards ceremony and family fun "Season Reading" will be on December 7, 2024, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
